01419592063It’s completely normal to have earwax. Your body produces earwax to lubricate the ear canal, and also protect us from germs, bacteria, dust, water, and anything else we should avoid getting into our ears.
Normally, earwax will fall out naturally over time, however, occasional buildups can occur which may require professional treatment to remove.
If you have been experiencing conditions such as itchiness, earache, muffled hearing or a feeling of fullness in your ears, it might be time to seek treatment!
Your ears can be cleaned of excess earwax using a low-pressure suction probe. This is a safe method of earwax removal which does not risk touching the eardrum, or other sensitive areas in your ear canal.
The process is completely painless, but you will hear the sound of air in the probe, and some popping when pieces of earwax are sucked out of your ear.
The first part of the ear-microsuction process is a consultation to check your ears for wax, which costs £20.
Once our trained pharmacist has checked your ears, there is a charge of £20 per ear which needs cleaning.
We warmly welcome every patient and are committed to providing attentive care, ensuring their entire visit is smooth, positive, and as comfortable as possible from start to finish.
