The Pharmacy First Plus service provides patients with fast and convenient access to a medical consultation and prescribing service.

Book an appointment, or walk-in to the pharmacy and see how we can help with your condition. Your consultation will take place in the privacy of our consultation room with our high qualified independent prescriber.

What is an independent prescriber?

An independent prescriber is a pharmacist who has been further trained to be able to carry out clinical assessments, and then prescribe medication and appliances where appropriate.

Why use the pharmacy first plus service?

Using the pharmacy first plus service is a faster route to receiving advice and treatment for a range of medical conditions. It also reduces the pressures on GPs and the urgent care system.
